Dawn Leaney & John Woolcock
Dawn has been a Registered Nurse since 1983. She became interested in hypnotherapy whilst working as a theatre nurse, as a way of helping patients control their pain. Her own introduction to hypnotherapy was when her midwife - a very forward thinking health care professional at that time - taught her visualisation techniques to use during labour. Two babies later, she began to think that there might be something in it! At this time she had no knowledge of the HypnoBirthing® techniques that she now teaches to HypnoBirthing® couples.

She lives in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire with her family and numerous animals, and now works full time in her highly successful private practice. She has found that her nursing knowledge and experience has helped her in becoming a professional, caring and empathetic therapist.
She has also facilitated groups for Living with Teenagers and Escape parenting classes.
Her particular interests are in abuse issues, infertility and childbirth, depression and antidepressant withdrawal, teenage and step parenting.
John is a qualified EFT practitioner. His intuitive nature and down to earth style has led to success with many clients in the corporate world and those with interests in sport. Living with a therapist aroused his own interests in the connection between body and mind, which eventually led to his subsequent training in EFT. His trainer, Karl Dawson, described him as being a "natural" and his services are highly sought after and respected.
His particular interests are in anger management, assisting those who want to improve their sporting performance and pain management.
